Each week we will meet up to discuss one Chakra, the location, the relation to the body, the colors relating the energy point, how it can manifest a balance or imbalance in your body. Tools and tips will be provided in the session on what you can do to pay full attention to the signs in healing unwanted energy blocks. While discussing the Chakras, you’ll begin to grasp things in a different and empowering perspective that invites in self-love, awareness, simplifying unconscious complexities in the entangled body.
